So this is where things get a little more technical. The most attractive site is not necessarily the most effective site.  Ranking for “money terms” matters too.  If you are ranking for a term that a user is not looking to buy, like “what is gum disease” that isn’t not going to help you get more clients.  You may be getting traffic from all of the country, but they are not getting on a plane to get their gums checked by you.  If you are ranking for “Dentist Your City” then you will get more patients.
